Salesforce put together a nifty video to explain the process: It takes some tinkering around to get it installed, but it's not brain surgery. Like all WordPress plugins, after downloading them, you simply upload the files to your server, go into your WordPress set up and hit activate. You'll need your Salesforce.com Organization ID as well (seen the video), and then you can get the party started. Salesforce has been making quite a few moves lately, including the enhancement of Chatter and the Cloud 2 push. Their recent acquisition of Jigsaw is also notable, as it grants them access to technology that CEO Marc Benioff himself said will "make it as easy as Wikipedia to source data, as easy as iTunes to buy data and as easy as Facebook to stay updated as the data changes."
